About the Role
  • Drive our expansion in Australia by building the foundation of our client base for the Secret Media Network (Secret Sydney, Secret Melbourne, Secret Brisbane...)
  • Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities with leading brands, from restaurant groups to entertainment producers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing them to our innovative branded content solutions.
  • Own the full client journey — from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Use a strategic and data-driven approach to generate new business and fuel the revenue pipeline.
  • Build genuine, trust-based relationships that go beyond transactional sales and create long-term value.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on a growing business.
  • You have approximately one year of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role, ideally within an advertising agency, digital media company, or tech company.
  • Strategic & Analytical: You have a demonstrated data-driven approach to business, using insights to prioritize your efforts and effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach and build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive & Organized: With a self-starter mentality, you excel at managing a high volume of activity, meticulously tracking your pipeline in a CRM, and consistently meeting your goals.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You understand the importance of teamwork and are skilled at working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to close.
  • Passionate about Local Culture: You have a genuine knowledge of and curiosity for your city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluency in English (C2/Bilingual) is essential for this role.
