As the Business Development Team Lead, you’ll drive B2B revenue growth across ANZ through client relationships, inbound and outbound activities, and channel sales. You’ll lead a team of Business Development Managers, guiding them to hit targets, while contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Role based in Sydney or Melbourne CBD


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed team revenue targets. Build and nurture client relationships, onboard new clients, and pursue new revenue streams.
  • Lead and Mentor: Manage, develop, and inspire the BD team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Strategic Focus: Develop and execute outbound strategies, identify market opportunities, and oversee P&L for the BD function.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Partnerships teams on campaigns and promotions, and align with global sales leaders.
  • Innovate: Experiment with new ideas, embrace data-driven strategies, and drive sustainable growth.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development leadership, within the digital gifting & employment incentives industry within the ANZ market.
  • Leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • A data-driven approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
