Job DescriptionIn this role, you’ll work collaboratively across Intellihub to deliver business‑wide strategic initiatives that future‑proof our operating model, enhance operational efficiency and unlock value aligned to our business strategy, regulatory requirements and customer outcomes.
This is a highly visible role with broad stakeholder exposure and significant impact. While the role has no direct reports, strong leadership, influence and collaboration skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Execute the business improvement roadmap, aligned to organisational and regulatory priorities
- Lead complex, end‑to‑end, business‑wide initiatives with strong governance, accountability and stakeholder engagement
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and critical paths
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design future‑state operating models across people, process, governance and technology
- Partner closely with Technology and other business units to accelerate value delivery
- Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction, including benefits tracking
- Influence senior leaders and secure buy‑in for strategic initiatives
- Communicate insights, risks and progress clearly and concisely to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement principles and coach teams on best‑practice approaches
You’re a strategic, data‑driven problem solver who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively across a business.
You’ll bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification, Engineering, Business, Finance or Operations Management (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated experience in business improvement, transformation, operations or related roles
- Proven experience leading or working on complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation
- Strong project management capability with the ability to balance competing priorities
- A data‑driven approach to measuring and reporting transformation success
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools)
- A proactive, outcomes‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
