Job DescriptionThe AOP Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence function enables data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, reporting, data governance and AI innovation across ASICS Oceania. The team partners with all business units and Global ASICS teams to deliver insights, automation and AI-driven business value.
Lead the AOP BI & AI function and deliver the regional analytics, reporting, AI and data strategy. Drive business value through actionable insights, improved decision-making, AI adoption, governance and continuous innovation.

- Develop and execute BI and AI strategy
- Lead analytics, reporting and dashboard delivery
- Establish data governance and quality standards
- Drive AI roadmap, innovation and adoption
- Manage BI & AI team capability and performance
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities
- Deliver projects, budgets and vendor management
- Promote self-service analytics and data literacy
- Executive Team, Finance, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, PMO, SST, IT Operations, Global ASICS Data & AI Teams and External Partners

- Proven ability to provide platform reliability, stakeholder satisfaction, AI roadmap delivery, dashboard adoption, automation outcomes, data quality, governance compliance and measurable business benefit
- Leadership experience in BI, Analytics, Data, AI or Digital functions. Strong stakeholder engagement, project delivery, team leadership, analytics platforms, governance and AI knowledge.
- Degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Business or related discipline. Relevant analytics, cloud, AI or project management certifications are desirable
