Job Description:

Ready to lead big transformation at one of the world’s leading retailers? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Automation Manager to drive our data strategy, accelerate automation, and help deliver smarter, faster ways of working across TJX Australia (TK Maxx).

This role sits at the crossroads of Finance, IT, and the wider business—perfect for someone who loves turning complex ideas into practical, high‑impact solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, evolve, and embed our enterprise data strategy, ensuring standards for data modelling, governance, and self-service analytics

  • Partner closely with IT to enhance our centralised data platform and oversee data engineering, pipelines, and semantic models

  • Own the roadmap for RPA, workflow automation, and AI, acting as Product Manager for Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform

  • Deliver end-to-end automation, BI, and digital solutions that simplify processes and drive operational efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to digitise, streamline, and innovate across the business through data-driven insights

What you bring

  • Demonstrated experience across data, automation, analytics, or digital enablement

  • Proven leadership of BI, data engineering, or automation teams

  • Solid understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and modern analytics platforms

  • Practical, hands-on experience with Blue Prism and/or Microsoft Power Platform

  • Confident Stakeholder engagement

  • Strong Agile ways of working and continuous improvement practices

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
