The Position
The Customer Trade & Partnerships (CTP) Lead is a key member of the Organon ANZ Leadership Team, with a direct reporting line into the Country Lead.
The CTP Lead is responsible for operational and strategic ownership of the non-promoted Established Brands portfolio and New Zealand business.
The CTP lead will also provide support services to the entire commercial organization in the form of pharmacy banner group management, business development, and strategic project management support.
The retail pharmacy group will focus on supporting Organon Biosimilars, OTC, dermatology and contraception. This role includes oversight of 4 direct reports and 1 dotted line report.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the business unit.

Set and manage budgets, including P&L responsibility of the Non-Promoted Established Brands and New Zealand Business

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and motivate team members to achieve business and performance goals.

Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Oversee all operations and business activities of the unit to ensure they produce desired results.

Provide guidance and support for skill development and career growth of team members.
Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Work closely with other department heads to ensure coordination and cooperation across business units.

Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customer and act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts

Develop and implement strategic plans to manage key accounts effectively.

Ensure alignment of account strategies with overall business objectives.

Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Financial Oversight:

Set and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Conduct profitability analysis and manage cost structures.

Report performance data and forecasts to executive management.
Product and Market Development:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.

Implement change management initiatives as required.
Operational Efficiency:

Ensure efficient and effective operations within the business unit.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the business unit.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Promote ethical behavior and maintain high standards of integrity within the team.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Relevant Graduate Qualifications.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry

Prior experience managing sales teams

Business case development experience
