Job Description
The Position
Reporting into the CTP lead you will be responsible for managing the commercial and operational requirements of the New Zealand business, managing key wholesalers and distributor relationships across ANZ, and leading key initiatives to simplify and streamline local operations.
Responsibilities:

Managing wholesaler relationships to maximize business outcomes.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity of the New Zealand Business

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.

Providing strategic insights into innovative supply and distribution models in market.

Work with regulatory, market access and supply chain to ensure product availability in New Zealand
Owner of the Wholesaler Relationship/s:
-
Manage the strategic partnership and governance of wholesalers to troubleshoot issues, and identify mutually beneficial value add opportunities
-
Managing monthly ordering & forecasting;
-
Overseeing and managing terms of trade.

Coordination the implementation of patient programs and commercial agreements through distributors, wholesaler and retail partners
Operational Management:
-
Leading customer service responsibilities with an aim to simplify operations in ANZ
-
Acting as a key contact point for GDO in ANZ
-
Managing and overseeing data sourcing agreements in ANZ
Relationship Management:
-
Internal relationships: Sales, marketing, market access, medical, supply chain, finance
-
External relationships: Wholesaler, Distributors, Alliance partners and other direct account purchasing/credit personnel
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
-
Relevant Graduate Qualifications.
-
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong business and financial acumen

Strong influencing and communication skills
-
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

Team management experience
-
Sales and marketing experience
-
Proven project management experience with cross functional teams

Strong relationship building skills

Strong operational experience including knowledge of:

SAP/AS400 on all Order Management functions;

Basic knowledge of sales interfaces with Warehouse;

Basic knowledge of EDI Interface(s);
