  • Sales Administration: Assist with preparing sales orders, commercial invoices, quotations, and export documentation; coordinate with customers, integration centers, and freight agents for order dispatch; support the Asia Pacific Sales Administrator.

  • New Product Integration: Help maintain the product catalogue, create sales promotions, support troubleshooting of product catalogue issues, collaborate with marketing on new products, and assist the Product Integration & Configuration Manager.

  • Licensing: Assist with licensing queries, data entry for license renewals, scanning and filing novations, and support the Licensing Manager and Credit and Billings team.

  • CRM: Assist in Salesforce administration, gather requirements for CRM enhancements, and support the Senior Business Analyst.

  • Other: Handle reports, presentations, research projects, and organize travel and accommodation as required.
