We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Business Operations (B2B) team as a Business Operations Associate. This role is located in Sydney.

Day to day, the Business Operations Associate will work closely with the wider B2B and Operations teams, supporting businesses to get their share registries onto the Sharesies platform. Operations Associates work together to establish efficient process and identify automation opportunities to make this process seamless for our customers.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Business Operations Associate we are specifically looking for someone who: 

  • Is a customer service champion - you love helping people and have great communication skills
  • Loves working with numbers and using an investigative approach to new challenges
  • Has some experience in the financial industry (knowledge around corporate actions or experience with share registries is a plus!)
  • is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
