As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to ensure that processes align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
Analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Document as-is and to-be process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements
Support process optimisation, standardisation, and automation initiatives
Drive end-to-end process improvements across business and technology teams
Participate in UAT and process validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
Provide impact analysis for changes to systems, processes, or policies
Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks (especially relevant for banking/govt projects)
Prepare and present process documentation, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
Strong business process modelling
Experience in requirements gathering & documentation
Good understanding of end-to-end business workflows
Security Clearance
Current Baseline Security Clearance and willingness to upgrade to NV1
Australian Citizens with ability to obtain a clearance considered
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
