Job Description

We’re seeking experienced Process Design Managers / Business Process Consultants to join a major telecommunications transformation program supporting large-scale IT and operating model change.

This is a hands-on delivery role for professionals who can take ownership of a workstream, work independently, and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments.

About the role

You will work across key business and customer-facing domains to:

  • Redesign end-to-end business processes within a large transformation program
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change
  • Translate high-level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real-world outcomes
  • Support either direct transformation delivery or backfill operational teams enabling transformation activity

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, essential
  • Strong experience in process redesign / process improvement / operating model transformation
  • Ability to operate at a Manager level (leading small workstreams independently)
  • Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
  • Hands-on, practical delivery mindset (not purely theoretical)

Highly regarded experience

  • Telecommunications or large-scale customer/channel environments (contact centre, retail, digital, sales & service)
  • Experience using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
  • Exposure to transformation areas such as:
    • Billing
    • Identity & access management
    • Fraud, risk or compliance
    • Payments, collections or customer hardship

What we don’t need

  • Pure Business Analysts without process redesign experience
  • Theoretical consultants without practical delivery examples
