About the Opportunity
No admin or insurance experience? No problem. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, supported by a collaborative team.
You’ll engage with customers across the claims journey—from first contact to resolving enquiries and concerns. While insurance experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from customer service, retail, or call centre backgrounds who are keen to start a career in insurance.
Please note: This is a fixed-term role (Business Services Consultant).

Key Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation
- Insurance/claims experience (desirable, not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact claims support and triage
- Assist vulnerable customers with care and empathy
- Review documentation to assess coverage and next steps
- Support adjusters with reports, documentation, and claim updates
- Manage escalations, complaints, and compliance tasks
- Maintain accurate records and meet KPIs/SLAs
