About the Team

The KM Information Solutions team sits within the Knowledge Management Department and is responsible for designing, delivering and supporting information and knowledge solutions that enable the organisation to work simpler, faster and smarter. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, the team improves access to information, optimises knowledge systems and processes, and ensures knowledge assets are well‑governed and fit for purpose. The team plays a key role in supporting informed decision‑making and effective knowledge sharing across the organisation.

About the Role

  • Support the delivery of digital solutions and the adoption of improved digital processes across the organisation
  • Assist with the planning, delivery, and support of projects and business-as-usual activities alongside experienced team members
  • Participate in workshops to gather and document business requirements, and support testing and implementation activities
  • Gain hands-on experience with document management systems, collaboration platforms, and productivity tools
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation
  • Contribute to process improvement and change management initiatives, while developing skills in information, records, and knowledge management, governance, and best practices
  • Learn in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment with opportunities to build expertise

About You

  • You have up to one year of experience in information management, business analysis, or a related field, gained through internships, university projects, or entry‑level roles.
  • You are eager to learn and develop new skills in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • You are comfortable communicating clearly and managing your work with strong organisational skills.
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, information management, and digital transformation.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI, or are keen to build capability in these tools.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related discipline, or bring equivalent practical experience.
  • You have exposure to, or an interest in, project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile, though formal certification is not essential.
