The primary role of Quality Assurance function is to ensure that management systems are established to enable business compliance, multiple regulatory frameworks and to support the design, development and manufacture of products which meet our customer’s quality requirements. Key deliverables include creating and building relationships with medical device regulatory in every country. Ensure timely registration to meet business needs. Also, responsible for all aspects of auditing to ensure regulation compliance, quality best practice, process improvements and development of supplier quality systems. Provides broad business technical support around QA systems and processes to the organization. Leads and implements significant quality projects across the business and also creates and improves quality and business processes. Capability and process development for compliance and Continuous improvement. Global responsibility for QMS alignment across global quality systems. Maintenance and security of documentation system and record keeping.
Job Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst role acts as liaison between the Quality Systems team and departments including QARA to understand and improve systems and processes while ensuring business requirements are being met.

Conduct business analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and conduct feasibility studies. Understand and improve Quality systems and processes while ensuring business requirements are being met.

Support project discovery: Gather and document project requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure that business requirements are understood and as required translated into technical specifications in collaboration with relevant teams.

Support vendor selection process: Evaluate and select appropriate vendors to meet project requirements and company standards.

Identify suitable tools: Propose and optimize usage of tools such as Confluence, Jira, ChatGPT, Copilot, to support activities within QARA.

Develop and deliver training programs: Train QARA users on the effective usage of tools to support QARA activities, thereby improving efficiency.

Communicate effectively: Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to ensure project success.

Proactively review industry standards and technology to support QARA.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.

3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project support, and expert in using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gen AI

Strong knowledge of generative AI and its applications in business.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical terms and concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing vendor selection processes.

Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Experience in training and setting up tools like Confluence and Jira.

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

Experience working in the large-scale medical device industry is a plus.
