Job DescriptionYour Mission:
- Lead a high-performing Buyer’s Agent team: train, coach, recruit, inspire.
- Join the fastest growing buyer's agency in Australia

- Integrate seamlessly with internal functions (BAs, analysts, brokers, franchisees).
- Drive process improvements and platform adoption to scale effectively
Who You Are:
- Proven track record managing and scaling Buyer’s Agent teams or similar in real estate, franchise, or financial services.
- Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 real estate licence.
- Data-driven, commercially astute, adaptable, and a natural leader.
- Passionate about building operational excellence and supporting franchisee success.
