  • High‑impact leadership role across a high-growth national network
  • Leverage Aussie’s best-in-class proposition

Lead the future of property buying. Build and scale Australia’s fastest‑growing Buyer’s Agency.

About Us

For 30+ years, Aussie has helped 1.5 million Australians achieve homeownership. Today, we’re also helping them find, buy, and own — not just with loans, but with buyer’s agents.

Backed by a trusted brand, award-winning support, and cutting-edge tech, we’re now building the fastest growing Buyer’s Agency in Australia.

Job Description

As Buyer’s Agent Manager, you’ll lead, grow, and elevate our Buyer’s Agent (BA) network—setting the standard for advisory excellence, operational discipline, and customer outcomes. You’ll turn a powerful demand engine (our national broker network) into an efficient, scalable, high‑performing BA operation.

What you’ll do

  • Build and lead a high‑performing Buyer’s Agent team: Recruit, onboard, coach and inspire top talent; set clear standards and career paths.
  • Own performance and outcomes: Improve conversion, sales velocity, customer satisfaction and referral/retention; forecast, set targets and run cadence.
  • Operationalise excellence: Design playbooks, drive CRM hygiene, compliance and data‑driven decisions.
  • Integrate cross‑functionally: Work with Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations to lift capability and throughput.
  • Champion platform adoption: embed proprietary analytics and AI tools to surface pre‑market/off‑market opportunities and reduce admin.
  • Safeguard compliance: ensure state‑based licensing, risk controls and consistent customer‑first conduct.

Qualifications

About You

  • Proven leader scaling Buyer’s Agent teams or similar real estate/franchise/financial services sales teams across regions.
  • Licensing: Class 1 or 2 real estate license.
  • Commercial and data‑driven: pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI ownership; comfortable in CRM and analytics.
  • Coach and culture builder: you set the bar, give clear feedback, and develop people.
  • Change‑ready operator: you design processes, drive adoption and hold the line on standards.
  • Customer‑obsessed: you think in outcomes and long‑term relationships.
