Job Description

  • Proactively headhunt and engage buyer’s agents, bringing the best talent into the business
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with a laser focus on quality and speed
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and tap into powerful external networks to widen reach
  • Act as a true ambassador for the Lendi Group brand, representing us with credibility and energy in market
  • Deliver unforgettable candidate experiences at every touchpoint
  • Provide insights, pipeline updates, and market insights to Senior Leadership to help shape hiring strategy
  • Build and nurture talent communities that fuel long-term growth and scalability

Step into a permanent part-time role (3 days per week), based in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

Qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or finance or you're a driven sales pro ready to pivot into talent acquisition
  • Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, working part-time (3 days per week), and open to spending time in the office once a week to connect and collaborate.
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with ease
  • A strong team player who thrives in high-performing, fast-paced environments
  • A natural relationship-builder who knows how to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering standout candidate experiences that showcase both your style and our brand
  • Curious, gritty, and relentless when it comes to follow-through
  • Confident working independently, but know when to lean in, partner, and share wins as a team
