Company Description

Aussie was born in 1992 with a bold mission – to challenge the big banks and bring competition to the Australian mortgage industry. Fast forward to 2021, and we merged with digital challenger Lendi to form Lendi Group. Together, we are committed to changing the way Australians experience property lending. We’re a high-growth brand, leading the industry as the #1 brokerage, and we’re just getting started. By combining human expertise with cutting-edge technology, we help Australians achieve their property dreams while supporting our brokers and team members to build successful careers.

Job Description

Aussie is expanding beyond mortgage broking and introducing a new Buyer’s Agent service to complement our offerings. This is a unique opportunity to register your interest and be part of the very first cohort of Buyer’s Agents at Aussie. While there may not be an immediate vacancy, we are building a talent pool of passionate, driven individuals who are eager to help revolutionise the way Australians source, finance, and buy property.

As a future Aussie Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their home-buying journey, advocating for their best interests, and securing the best possible outcomes. Your role will involve providing expert insights, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

As an Aussie Buyer’s Agent, your role would involve:

  • Taking detailed client briefs to understand their property goals
  • Staying updated on market conditions, real estate trends, and regulatory changes
  • Sourcing properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings
  • Conducting due diligence to assess potential risks and opportunities
  • Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the best deals for your clients
  • Building strong relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Providing excellent customer service and securing repeat business

What’s in it for you?

By joining our talent pool, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage Aussie’s instantly recognised brand, trusted reputation, and pioneering technology. When the right opportunity arises, you’ll be primed to step into a Buyer’s Agent role with the support of our established systems and processes.

  • Access qualified leads already committed to using our service
  • Work with clients who are ready to buy, with finance pre-approval
  • Receive support from a centralised team, allowing you to focus on closing deals
  • Benefit from technology that streamlines operations and enhances your workflow
  • Enjoy flexible working options, including base salary & bonuses or commission-based opportunities

Keys to Your Success
To be considered for future roles as an Aussie Buyer’s Agent, you will ideally:

  • Hold a valid Class 2 Real Estate Licence
  • Have proven experience as a Buyer’s Agent or Seller’s Agent
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be a skilled negotiator with strong conflict resolution capabilities
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, always putting the client’s best interests first

Additional Information

If you’re passionate about real estate, want to help people achieve their property dreams, and are interested in joining a game-changing team at Aussie, we’d love to hear from you.
