Our Cadetship Program is designed to provide recent high school graduates and early-career professionals with practical experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities. As a cadet, you will work closely with industry experts, gain valuable skills, and contribute to exciting projects within swipejobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various departments, including engineering, operations and product
- Support product teams with research, analysis, testing and general tasks
- Participate in daily team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve swipejobs goals

Requirements:
- High school graduate or currently completing a relevant bachleor degree in Computer science, Software engineering, or a related degree
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic software development life cycle
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
