Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Worldwide Campaign Team under the SailPoint Marketing department. This role will focus on the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) regions, and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Worldwide Campaigns & Programs.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between global and regional marketing teams, ensuring the successful adaptation and implementation of global campaign strategies, content and execution in the local markets. In addition, this role will be responsible for gathering regional insights and feedback to help tailor and optimize campaigns that meet specific local market needs and requirements (i.e. regional campaigns).
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with the Worldwide Campaigns team to understand global strategies and transform them into powerful regional initiatives precisely calibrated for EMEA & APJ markets.

Partner strategically with regional marketing and sales leadership to identify critical business priorities and customer challenges, ensuring campaign alignment with specific market dynamics and revenue objectives.

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

Lead the end-to-end execution of localized EMEA & APJ campaigns and local campaigns unique to the region, including but not limited to digital ads, email marketing, and other digital communications.

Oversee the creation and localization of marketing assets (e.g., content, landing pages, social media graphics, emails, etc.) to ensure they resonate with the regional audience and are done so within a timely manner.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Act as the point of contact between the global corporate campaigns team and regional EMEA & APJ marketing teams, providing updates and feedback from the region and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly.

Collaborate with EMEA & APJ regional marketing teams, creative, content, and digital marketing to develop and distribute localized campaign assets.

Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Track the performance of regional campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, report on KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.

Project Management:

Coordinate the timelines, resources, and workflows needed for successful campaign execution within our project management tool.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Asset Development & Localization:

Lead the development and localization of new assets for the EMEA & APJ regions, ensuring that messaging, visuals, and content align with local preferences and market conditions.

Work closely with creative teams to produce region-specific content, including ads, email programs, and digital marketing collateral.

Market & Competitor Insights:

Stay up-to-date with regional trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape in the EMEA & APJ region to ensure campaigns are relevant and impactful.

Provide strategic insights based on regional market research to inform campaign strategies.
Work Hours Requirement:
To ensure optimal coverage across both EMEA and APJ regions, this role follows standard work hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST. Additionally, the role requires occasional availability after 5:00 PM IST for a weekly meeting with the manager, as well as bi-weekly campaign team meetings and bi-weekly core team meetings that require regular attendance.
Qualifications & Background:

Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign and project management, preferably in the EMEA & APJ regions.

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, content, and digital teams.

Proven track record of executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels (ads, emails, social media, etc.).

Skills:
-
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense).
-
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with Asana is a plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different regions and cultures.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt global campaigns to local market needs.

Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting results.

Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal direction

Proactive problem-solver who identifies opportunities and takes initiative

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills for EMEA & APJ countries (e.g., French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are a plus but not required.

Experience working in a global or regional marketing organization with a strong understanding of EMEA & APJ market dynamics.

Experience with campaign localization and market-specific adaptation of global messaging.
