Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Supporting the Capability Development and Events Lead - ANZ in designing, delivery of training to enhance the selling skills of customer facing Viatris employees; 
  • Take ownership of the Design, development and delivery of programs, offerings and resources in an innovative and digitally advanced way;
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide best practise delivery of development framework;
  • Understanding market intelligence and aspects that may influence Viatris’ pipeline, marketed products and other business interests;
  • Work with the training team to analyse and determine employee training and related solutions;
  • Any administration related to the learning and development implementation for the business.
     

The minimum qualification, experience and skill requirements for this role are:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any of the following is required; adult education, organizational development, Human Resources or Commerce is required;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in learning and development ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or FMCG industry. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration;
  • Must have knowledge of adult learning principles and related learning and development methodologies; 
  • Knowledge on Medicines Australia Code of Conduct would be an advantage;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite;
  • Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Advanced stakeholder and project management skills;
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
