The opportunity

We are looking for a Case Manager to join our moderate risk CTP claims team! As a Case Manager you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals get back on track following injury. We’re looking for passionate and driven claims professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career and thrive in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Your new role

About you

You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).

  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.

  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.

  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
