As a Casual AED Service Representative, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our AED program management platform—LIFELINKcentral™—and ensuring our customers have the tools, updates, and service they need to stay mission-ready.

What You’ll Do
- Support AED program implementation and maintenance, ensuring configurations meet customer specifications.
- Set up and monitor accounts across virtual platforms, handling updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers—providing timely communication and clarity on any changes, updates, or service needs.
- Coordinate with distributors on customer requests for AED accessories and consumables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service outcomes based on customer needs and platform insights.
- Work within a structured framework while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong foundation in troubleshooting and using digital platforms (experience with LIFELINKcentral™ is a plus, but not required).
- Confidence navigating structured procedures while being adaptable when the unexpected comes up.
