Our Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Centre Leader to join our Belrose dental centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established clinic with a loyal patient base, a fantastic team and experienced dentists who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You'll be joining a centre with strong foundations, allowing you to focus on developing your team, enhancing the patient experience and continuing to build on the centre's success.

Supported by an experienced and highly engaged Regional Business Leader, you'll have the guidance, coaching and resources to help you succeed while continuing to develop your own leadership career.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental centre

  • Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing support team

  • Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation

  • Support practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations

  • Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics

  • Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Partner closely with your Regional Business Leader to support ongoing centre success

About you

You're a confident and approachable leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people and creating a positive environment for both patients and your team.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental experience highly regarded)

  • Strong operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination

  • Experience leading and developing teams to achieve great outcomes

  • Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
