We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager to join the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Future Hub Change team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our successful transformation in response to the RBA Review (http://rbareview.gov.au/final-report).

 

Working with the program change team and Risk Management Stream Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of change plans to uplift the Bank’s risk management system you will provide the full range of change management support during the implementation and embedding of employee capabilities to strengthen our risk capabilities and culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end change management services to support implementation including impact analysis, stakeholder identification and mapping, communications and engagement, gap analysis and transition planning

  • Use a structure approach to develop and execute change management, communication and capability plans

  • Identify and proactively manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change and develop plans to mitigate

  • Prepare materials to build awareness and understanding of new monetary policy processes, frameworks and engagement models

  • Work collaboratively with all members of the program team to ensure the Bank is able to meet

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience leading organisations through transformations in highly complex environments, with multiple streams of work

  • At least 7 years’ change experience, preferably in the financial services sector

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and own change management strategies that integrate project streams with comprehensive change plans.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

  • The ability to independently identify, analyse and solve problems using a logical, systematic and sequential approach

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders 

  • Experience and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable 

 

Your Team

While you will be part of the Bank’s ePMO Change Practice, on a day-to-day level you will report to the Future Hub. Your team is made up of people from all parts of the Bank and you will be part of an exciting program of work within a dynamic and evolving culture. We work within an Agile environment and you will have the opportunity to work across multiple streams to gain exposure to all parts of the Bank.
