Responsibilities

  • Implementing partner account plans to achieve revenue growth and strengthen channel relationships.

  • Developing quarterly business plans with partners to align on revenue targets and growth strategies.

  • Creating performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Delivering training sessions and workshops to enhance partner technical and sales capabilities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline partner processes and resolve operational challenges.

  • Sharing best practices and coaching team members on partner engagement techniques.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate expertise in channel partner business models and revenue optimization strategies.(8 years +)

  • Exhibit advanced skills in delivering effective pitches on products and solutions.

  • Possess a strong understanding of enterprise solution selling methodologies.

  • Showcase experience in developing and executing partner enablement initiatives.

  • Utilize market insights to identify trends and adjust partner strategies effectively.

  • Display proficiency in analyzing sales data and providing actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams to enhance program execution and partner success.
