Job Description
We are looking for a results driven Channel Account Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for the NSW region.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in technology sales preferably IP video, while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to work remotely and in a team environment. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and strong sales and technical ability.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.
● Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
● Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
● Evaluate store and individual performances
● Report on your regions sales results
● Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual numbers
● Identify new opportunities from inception to close
● Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders in the sales cycle
● Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
● Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
● Prepare and assist in RFQ, tenders and requests from customers
● Ability to communicate at all levels from technical to C level
Basic Requirements
● Proven track record in sales, who has worked in a similar sales capacity
● Familiarity with CRM software
● Results-driven with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle
● Ability to work in a high performance sales team
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
● Willingness and ability to travel within the NSW region and interstate as required
● Be a team player
