We’re currently looking for: a National Account Manager to be focused on growing market share with Global Service Providers new routes to market geared towards a mobility workforce. The NAM will be responsible for driving sales and sales programs within the GSP owned retail stores, authorized retailers, mobility call centers and direct sales. As the lead SME the NAM will be responsible for enabling the GSP sales channels and account teams, which includes training, sales development, and general sales support. The role is expected to have deep knowledge and expertise of GSP’s Business-to-Business sales organization, any Authorized Resellers, Business Mobility Centers, Authorized Retailors and Company Owned Stores. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our strategic partners (including OPTUS) across Australia. Helping to build quality pipelines, enabling them to effectively win customers, and drive their success in gaining market share. 

Your role is to be the ambassador for RingCentral. Helping the strategic partners brand with their sales teams, be the expert they come to for help qualifying customers, and be the support they take with them to close deals. You will become one of a large pan Australian sales force, with the strength and depth of RingCentrals experienced teams across the globe to support you.

 

You will develop strategies to help our partners sell on value, differentiate their services from the competition, and grow from the SMB sales into mid market and enterprise. There is no limit to how far you can take this role.

 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn the sales methodologies and service capabilities of RingCentral to enable you to lead sales conversations with customers and to guide our partners to do the same.

  • Become the expert on the competition and their strategies and solutions, along with market knowledge and industry data to show thought leadership to the Service Provider.

  • Understand Service providers business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policies.

  • Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Providers for their enablement capability to effectively sell RingCentral services.

  • Create programs and initiatives to drive better awareness of all RingCentral solutions within your territory.

  • Create and implement plans to help Service Providers create leads and qualified pipeline of opportunities.

  • Train Service Providers on product, process and solution in accordance with Service provider and RingCentral best practices.

  • Co-sell and key deal review UCaaS Deals.

  • Be the go to and assist Service Providers with quotes and proposals.

  • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider.

  • Be the face of our service at sales events, standing side by side with our partners.

  • You will be allocated teams across a wide patch, and will need to be with the sales teams across Australia every week, which will require travel up to 75% of the time.

 
Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of channel sales experience with service providers, channel partners and direct sales experience.

  • 3+ B2B, field sales technology background, preferably SAAS, UCaaS, VoIP, Hosted PBX and Mobility Application Sales

  • Understanding of communications services and how to sell them in the Australian market (UCaaS/CCaaS).

  • Understanding on how to engage with Carrier service providers.

  • An aptitude to learn technology, especially cloud based Unified Communications / Contact Centre Team and emerging AI technologies.
