Core Responsibilities

As part of the ANZ Sales Leadership team, you will be a hands-on leader to steer the eCommerce team, creating an immersive and learning team culture.

  • Oversee, find opportunities and drive sustainable growth of the eComm channel in ANZ, evolving the channel into an integrated omnichannel and full‑funnel growth engine aligned to strategic priorities.

  • Drive strategy for the eComm channel and the development of customer business plans & Longer term strategy to fit with ANZ Channel strategy. ICP and broader commercial objectives.

  • Drive collaboration across eComm, Hyper, LBR, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Demand Planning, ensuring integrated ways of working and shared accountability for omnichannel performance

  • Provide sparring and direction on commercial issues related to eComm.

  • Lead and optimise end-to-end performance, including on-platform execution, SEO/SEM, retail media, and campaign effectiveness to maximise visibility, conversion, and customer experience. working with internal agency partners (e.g. Publicis) and customer retail media networks (e.g. Cartology, Market Media) to maximise return of investments and customer impact

  • Bring deep expertise in marketplace ecosystems (incl. Amazon), using retail media, search, content optimisation, and platform mechanics to unlock growth and competitive advantage

  • Own senior relationships with eComm customers (pureplay and omnichannel), leading account strategy, negotiations, joint business planning, including Top-to-Top engagement and execution of campaigns and growth initiatives

  • Define and consolidate reporting frameworks and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify strategic focus areas and continuously optimise commercial outcomes

  • Partner closely with Regional and Global teams, ensuring alignment to broader strategic priorities, sharing best practices, and leveraging global capabilities to accelerate local growth

  • Lead, develop and align eCommerce team capabilities and resources, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture with a strong test-and-learn approach and modern, agile ways of working

  • Build a test and learn culture to encourage innovation and experimentation

eCommerce is a critical and fast-growing part of LEGO’s ANZ business, playing a central role in how we engage customers and drive commercial outcomes. The team is responsible for delivering best-in-class eCommerce experiences across all touchpoints, working closely with Retailers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent brand journey.

In this role you will develop and lead a team of four and lead the strategy and execution of this growth agenda, shaping how eCommerce and omnichannel capabilities evolve within the ANZ market. This role brings together cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities, strengthen customer experience, and embed more integrated ways of working, while also partner with Regional and Global teams.

Reflecting its importance, the role reports directly to the General Manager ANZ and plays a key part in the broader commercial leadership team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Expertise in eCommerce or Digital marketing area

  • Leadership experience to build and develop eComm team as a strategic part of the ANZ BU

  • Fully operational in selling and negotiation skills, sales & commercial analysis and customer collaboration.

  • Successful leadership experience in leading diverse individuals.
