The role

The Channel Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive communication journey for partners—from articulating Prospa’s value proposition to personalised, one-on-one messaging that supports every stage of the partner lifecycle. These communications are designed to drive awareness, spark interest, and encourage partners to transact and continue using Prospa’s products and services. All communications are crafted to be engaging, creative, and relevant—delivered at the right time, through the right channel. 

What you'll be doing
  • Designing lifecycle programs to drive partners to transact and keep transacting with Prospa (using our Martech tool Braze).
  • Developing creative messaging and communication plans to assist Intermediary Channels attract and engage partners.
  • Collaborating with PR Manager on content and trade press engagement.
  • Deliver communication across one-to-one channels such as messaging in the app and portal, push notifications, email, SMS, live chat, and calls. Communication programs are developed in collaboration with other Sales departments to deliver and support business objectives and Product Tribes to deliver product experience objectives.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to optimise the partner experience particularly around automated journeys.
  • Business Lead for the MarTech platform (Braze and Segment) for Partner Experience and being subject matter expert on data flows within these systems.
  • Providing reporting, analysis and recommendations for improvement on campaign activities
What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation. Confident user of automation platforms.
  • Experience in Channel Marketing – marketing through Intermediary Channels
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM system or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with working with fast-paced Sales departments and cross-functional collaboration environments
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multi-projects at once  
  • Passionate about driving growth by delivering the best experience to partners
  • Experience delivering projects cross-functionally, ideally with product and sales teams
