We now have a great opportunity for a full time Channel Marketing Manager or Specialist.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and others in the marketing team, this role is the conduit between Tech Data and our Vendors Sales & Product Management teams, ensuring execution and visibility on campaign progress and results are known, understood & visible across all campaign stakeholders.

In this role you will need to be analytical, collaborative, creative and results-driven. You will work across multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated campaigns that drive agreed-upon ROI results.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assist assigned vendors in creating and executing product / channel marketing strategies through Tech Data, delivering MQL & SQL outcomes and ROI to meet vendor MDF investment requirements.

  • Work closely with the Tech Data Sales & Vendor Teams to develop & execute Account Based Marketing plans for Tech Data’s strategic Partner ecosystem.

  • Manage vendor/Tech Data marketing relationship, including maintaining product marketing plans, managing vendor co-op/ MDF and representing Tech Data in marketing related business meetings.

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budget.

  • Collaborate with ANZ marketing team to ensure accurate campaign reporting, compliance, and visibility of executed tactics using ANZ Marcomms platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Campaign Calendar, Asana).

  • Plan and execute events, creating unique, tailored experiences that drive meaningful engagement and brand impact.

  • Manage, co-ordinate and oversee the production of developments and enhancements to the various digital marcomm and project management platforms.

  • Manage the development and delivery of various B2B digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing and content development.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B channel marketing, with a strong understanding of the distribution model.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative.
  • Adaptability and resilience, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embracing change.
  • Proven project management experience in planning, strategising, executing, and delivering marketing initiatives on-time and within budget, with a strong focus on measuring and optimising ROI.
  • Experience managing relationships with marketing agencies and external suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Solid understanding of Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring compliance with Tech Data and vendor guidelines.
  • Experience in event and experience management to enhance engagement and brand presence.
  • Expertise in B2B digital marketing, including marcomm, social media strategies, and hands-on experience with landing pages and EDM campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content across multiple formats, while maintaining visual design and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (preferred).
