The Channel Marketing Manager APAC executes partner, distributor, and regional marketing programs across Asia-Pacific with a clear focus on driving verified end-user engagement and introductions through the channel.

This role is accountable for building and executing partner-led events and campaigns that attract the right end users, enable Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to secure End User Introductions, and support downstream sales motions including demos and proofs of concept (POCs in collaboration with Sales Engineers).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting Opengear’s growing distributor and premium partner network across ANZ, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and India.

What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity for a channel marketer looking to make a meaningful impact on Opengear’s global growth by building and activating regional partner programs in APAC for the first time. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel leadership, and Global Marketing teams while shaping how Opengear engages partners across one of our most dynamic growth regions.

What You Will Do

• Execute quarterly APAC channel marketing campaigns with distributors and resellers, including email programs, webinars, and solution promotions.

• Localize global campaign assets for APAC markets, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and technical accuracy.

• Plan and support partner-led and premium-partner events (roadshows, partner showcases, distributor seminars) with a focus on attracting the right end users and enabling Regional Sales Managers to secure End User Introductions.

• Work with partners to ensure campaigns and events target the correct end-user profiles, supporting downstream sales activity including demos and proofs of concept in collaboration with Sales Engineers.

• Manage a mix of in-person and remotely executed partner events, preparing sales and partner teams with clear plans, assets, and execution guidance when marketing is not onsite.

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for APAC distributors, supporting partner onboarding and ensuring access to current collateral, messaging, and enablement materials.

• Track and report partner participation, campaign performance, and marketing activity, including visibility into verified account mapping, end-user introductions, and sales follow-up outcomes.

• Ensure all APAC marketing execution meets Opengear branding and compliance standards.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B or channel marketing experience (technology preferred).

• Strong hands-on execution skills across campaigns, events, and content localization.

• Experience working with distributors or resellers in APAC.

• Proven ability to support partner-led events and field marketing programs that engage targeted end-user audiences.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work across diverse cultures and regional markets.

• Comfort collaborating with Sales, Channel, and SE teams across multiple time zones.

• Comfortable enabling sales and partner teams to execute local events independently when marketing is not onsite.

• Comfort collaborating with global teams in multiple time zones

Desired But Not Required

• Experience in networking, IT operations, cybersecurity, or related technology fields

• Familiarity with MDF programs or co-marketing structures

• Experience executing virtual and in-person regional events
