About the Role:

Coro is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative individual to join our fast-growing channel team as a Channel Sales Executive (CSE). In this role, you will combine the tenacity of a traditional account executive with the ability to drive revenue through co-sell and sell-through opportunities with our partners.

As a CSE, you will hunt for new leads and identify opportunities to generate revenue for both Coro and our partners. You will collaborate with partners’ sales teams to enable them to sell Coro solutions effectively while also directly closing deals on their behalf. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building business and empowering others to succeed. This role is central to Coro’s 100% channel-led sales strategy, making you an integral part of driving partner success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Hunting & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Coro and its partners.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to pass on to partners for co-sell or sell-through opportunities.
  • Close deals directly on behalf of partners to support their success and maximize revenue generation.

Sales Training & Collaboration

  • Support partner sales teams by participating in targeted training sessions when needed, helping them effectively position and sell Coro’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Shadow partner sales representatives during calls, provide actionable feedback, and conduct roleplay exercises to refine their sales techniques and improve performance.
  • Serve as a collaborative resource for partners, offering guidance and support to help them refine their sales strategies and approaches.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Collaborate with partner leadership and sales teams to develop joint strategies and pipelines.
  • Engage in regular communication with partners to ensure alignment on revenue goals and performance metrics
  • Monitor and report on progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of partner strategies


Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, account executive, or channel partner role, ideally within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience training and enabling sales teams, with a focus on hands-on coaching and feedback.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to articulate their value to diverse audiences.
