About the Role
As a Chapter Lead, you’ll be a people-first leader who empowers others to thrive. You’ll champion a culture of growth, self-leadership, and continuous learning, while guiding your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on expertise.
You’ll split your time between leadership and delivery, ensuring you stay close to the craft while prioritising talent development. Partnering with Claims Outcomes Leads, you’ll focus on individual growth, capability uplift, and building a high-performing, future-ready team.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire purpose and direction, connecting team members to the bigger picture
Champion wellbeing, transparency, and long-term performance
Identify opportunities to uplift people, processes, systems, and risk
Coach and mentor for skill mastery and leadership growth
Collaborate across teams to drive strategic outcomes
Build digital and data capability across the chapter
Lead performance conversations and feedback loops
Own risk management: monitor, investigate, and remediate incidents
What You Bring
Ability to collaborate and coach with a focus on outcomes
Experience in Claims environment and Case Management
Ability to work at a broad, operationally strategic level and, deliver changes at a detailed level – e.g. compliance
Proven track record of initiative delivery
Ability to analyse data and perform root cause analysis
