Acting as a bridge between engineers and product owners, you’ll champion open communication and support engineers in surfacing challenges and driving solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of AWS-focused platform engineers.
- Oversee the growth, coaching, and performance management of direct reports, including quarterly and annual reviews, promotion plans, and approvals.

- Skill in aligning engineering capabilities with product needs in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in driving automation, embedding SRE principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- A passion for technical excellence and platform innovation, with a focus on public cloud and emerging GenAI capabilities.
- Independent thinking, sound judgement, and the confidence to make decisions that balance technical integrity with delivery outcomes.
- Confidence in communication, with the ability to liaise effectively across regions, particularly with stakeholders in India and Australia.
- Competence in navigating operational responsibilities, including controls, on-call support, and production stability.
What you can look forward to
- Leading a high-performing team of engineers who are passionate about building resilient, scalable cloud platforms.
- Playing a key role in shaping our AWS platform strategy and contributing to emerging GenAI capabilities.
- Working in a culture that values growth, collaboration, and technical excellence, where your ideas and leadership make a real impact.
