Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next phase of our journey. The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Joint CEOs, the CFO is a trusted strategic partner and key contributor to executive decision-making. You will lead the national finance function and design a resilient financial framework across the Pro AV Holdings Group, supporting project delivery with a strong and scalable base of recurring revenue from managed services. You will play a pivotal role in optimising revenue mix, pricing strategies, margin performance, and capital allocation, while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and financial integrity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the finance function, building a high-performing, commercially focused team
• Partner with the Joint CEOs and Board to drive profit improvement, growth strategy, and investment decisions
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Deliver strong balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital management
• Oversee financial control, compliance, risk management, audit, and statutory reporting
• Prepare high-quality Board packs, KPI dashboards, and executive insights
• Manage banking, financing arrangements, and external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and data governance
• Support operational excellence through data-driven commercial insight
• Champion strong governance, integrity, and safety practices across the organisation

About You

You are a confident, credible CFO who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You enjoy working in dynamic, project-based or services environments and know how to translate numbers into meaningful business decisions.

You bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
• CA or CPA qualification (essential)
• MBA or equivalent (highly desirable)
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement
• Experience in project-based and/or managed services businesses
• Proven ability to influence at executive and Board level
• A track record of improving margins, cash flow, and operational performance
• Strong leadership capability, with experience building and developing finance teams
• High personal integrity and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in financial software (,), ERP systems (Q360), Microsoft O365, and Power BI applications.
