This is a hybrid role, well suited to a high-potential graduate or early-career analyst with a finance background or strong financial acumen, excellent analytical discipline, and confidence presenting data to senior stakeholders.

Let's Talk About the Role:

Global Productivity Tool Enablement

  • Support the build, configuration, and rollout of a new global Productivity Tool

  • Help embed the tool across the organisation through user onboarding, training materials, and process mapping

  • Support data validation, governance routines, and quality controls as adoption scales

  • Track month-to-month value delivery, variances, and initiative performance

Reporting, Presentations & Standards

  • Develop clear, compelling reporting templates, dashboards, and presentation packs

  • Use Excel and PowerPoint to translate complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights

  • Maintain a central repository of transformation artefacts and documentation

  • Support leadership forums, including operational reviews, transformation councils, and Steering Committees

General Analysis & Stakeholder Support

  • Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analysis as required

  • Support senior stakeholders with preparation for executive meetings, workshops, and cross-functional reviews

Let's Talk About You:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

  • Honours or Master’s degree is advantageous but not required

  • Graduate with strong academic performance; or

  • 1–2 years’ experience in areas such as:

    • Financial analysis or commercial finance

    • Business or data analysis

    • Corporate strategy or consulting

    • Transformation, PMO, or project support roles

  • Experience supporting productivity initiatives, digital tools, or enterprise systems is an advantage

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling, tracking mechanisms)

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, particularly for financial and value-tracking narratives

  • Project management or PMO exposure, with the ability to track milestones, risks, and outcomes

  • Comfortable navigating data across multiple systems (ERP, planning, analytics, portfolio tools)

  • Bonus: Power BI, Tableau, or basic SQL

Core Capabilities

  • Strong financial literacy and numerical reasoning

  • Structured thinker with high attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders

  • Able to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity

  • Collaborative and comfortable working across functions

Career Growth & Development

This role offers broad exposure across Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Transformation, with clear progression opportunities within 18–36 months into analyst and business partner roles across productivity, finance, digital, and operations.
