In this role, you will act as the strategic and operational partner to BlackLine's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), helping shape and drive the execution of the commercial agenda across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Salary Range:
USD $172,000.00 - USD $215,000.00

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. - Support the CCO in developing and executing short- and long-term commercial strategies.
- Drive alignment across GTM teams by organizing quarterly and annual planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress on strategic initiatives.
Operational Leadership
- Run the Commercial leadership team's operating rhythm-agenda setting, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups.
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives to support sales acceleration, customer experience improvements, and revenue growth.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions to improve performance.
Executive Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, and strategic updates for internal and board-level audiences.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication between the CCO's office and all GTM functions.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar Chief of Staff role.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth B2B technology company.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, operations, and metrics
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills; able to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong executive presence, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with commercial tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gong).
