Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technically savvy Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)? A delivery-focused leader to drive a critical portfolio of identity and cyber security initiatives across enterprise platforms.
This role sits at the heart of a high-visibility program focused on modernising identity platforms, reducing cyber risk, and ensuring scalable, secure customer experiences.
As the CIAM Technical Project Manager, you will lead a pipeline of initiatives spanning platform transformation, security remediation, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with engineering, cyber security, and architecture teams to drive outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in CIAM / IAM environments
- Strong understanding of identity technologies (e.g. SiteMinder, Identity Manager, OAuth2, OIDC, directories)
- Experience delivering cloud migration and legacy modernisation programs
- Solid knowledge of cyber security principles and risk remediation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, cyber, and business teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
