AECOM's environmental practice is dedicated to helping industries, clients and governments meet their environmental responsibilities while protecting the natural environment. We provide advisory and technical services to ensure compliance, manage impacts, and reduce risks, including obtaining permits and approvals, decommissioning and restoring contaminated sites, and tackling climate change challenges and resilience. We focus on preserving habitats, water quality, stakeholder engagement and cultural resources, promoting a holistic approach to environmental impact management at every project stage.

How you’ll make a difference 

  • Drive account growth by building, maintaining and managing strategic client relationships and representing AECOM’s full spectrum of services and geographies.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with business strategies and uncover new opportunities for integrated service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate diverse teams across regions and disciplines to deliver exceptional client service and achieve agreed revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary interface between AECOM and the client, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and consistent delivery of value.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an oil & gas client account manager role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain multi-level client relationships and influence key decision makers.
  • Strong business development skills, including consultative selling and strategic account planning.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and driving profitable growth.
  • Proven experience in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects
