Job Description

  • Own and grow a diverse customer portfolio across Qantas Freight

The CAM is accountable for retaining existing revenue while driving expansion through new business, cross‑sell, and up‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needs. Acting as the primary escalation point for their portfolio, the CAM owns issue resolution end‑to‑end and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable service, protect customer relationships, and achieve sustainable commercial growth.

You’ll have –

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including confidence in face‑to‑face selling and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders across a matrixed organisation to drive outcomes and remove barriers
  • Industry experience within freight or aviation, and an existing customer network, is desirable but not essential
