Your new opportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our team! If you have 6+ years’ experience in a professional accounting firm and enjoy working closely with clients, mentoring others, and driving business success, this role is for you.
What you'll do- Manage a client portfolio, including relationships, task turnaround, and WIP management.
- Participate in or independently lead client meetings.
- Perform analytical reviews of your own and the team’s work to identify client opportunities and risks.
- Review and sign off on client work with confidence.
- Draft advice on financial, taxation, and investment matters for Partner review.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Provide strategies for Division 7A compliance with a strong technical understanding.
- Research technical matters and compile insights to support decision-making.
- Drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- Contribute to workplace groups and firm-wide initiatives.
- 6+ years of experience in an accounting firm.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
- A passion for leadership, collaboration, and mentoring.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to client service and business growth.
