Perpetual Corporate Trust is seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Associate to join our Managed Fund Services team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Client Management team, ensuring trustee obligations and operational activities are met with precision, professionalism, and in line with Perpetual’s high standards.

About the Role
Assisting the Client Managers to manage all trusts activities and administer trustee back-office matters in accordance with policies and procedures
Manage payments with internal and external custodians
Administer trustee back-office activities in accordance with policies and procedures with daily and Ad-hoc tasks
Maintain key scheme documents records including filing and archiving in accordance with Policy requirements
Assist in managing finance matters; including debtors, expenses and billing across the client management team including the collection and collation of data required
Monitor and complete all compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds
Assist with maintenance of data and data entry in compliance management system (Client Connect)
Ensure working knowledge of all clients “owned” by the team to provide back-up and operational flexibility
Develop a sound understanding of the legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks in place that govern funds
Assist in building and maintain operational relationships with allocated clients.
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics is desirable
Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or a related field
Have relevant work experience within Financials Services, Funds Management or Custody Operations
Have a firm interest in investment administration / investment operations
Solid understanding of corporate trust and fund structures
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
