Job Description:

As the Client Associate (Entry Level) in our Sydney office you will support the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks to ensure media campaigns run smoothly and to plan. You will build foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media processes.

Please note we are unfortunately unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role and require at least 2 years of full working rights in Australia.

What your typical day will look like 

The Client Associate role is a great place to start and forge a career in the media industry. Reporting to the Client Manager and Client Director from our Sydney office, this role will enable you to build foundational knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of media planning and buying, and exposure to advertising best practices across a variety of verticals to learn on the job. 

This includes: 

  • Working collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with our clients, agency partners and media owners 

  • Supporting the team in executing and optimising video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients 

  • Working with media and creative agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material, and accurate material instructions 

  • Assisting with document preparation including WIP's, post analysis, final buys, contact reports and timeline management 

  • Providing support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations and reporting 

A bit about you: 

  • An interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace, particularly in traditional media. 

  • A knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns. 

  • A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 

  • You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for problem solving. 

  • You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.
