We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaigns

  • Assist in implementation of campaigns across TV, OOH and other offline channels

  • Manage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracy

  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunities

  • Prepare weekly reports, post-campaign analysis and competitive media insights

  • Maintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners, clients and internal teams

  • Support senior team members with negotiations, value tracking and added-value delivery

  • Ensure all finance processes (POs, bookings, reconciliations) are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding of the Australian media landscape and media buying fundamentals

  • Solid grounding in TV and/or OOH Buying, campaign management & reporting

  • Strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial processes

  • Practical knowledge of MOVE, TV Map, Neilsen Ad Intel and Dash8

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
