Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, this dynamic role focuses on tracking and executing high-impact client projects to deliver world-class media and marketing solutions across Nine’s content platforms. 


You will collaborate seamlessly across creative, content partnership, and production teams to consistently exceed client expectations, optimise campaign performance, and build memorable brand partnerships.


Day to day you will:


  • End-to-end project manage multiple campaigns simultaneously to ensure market-leading delivery and execution.
  • Align project workflows with client objectives, maintaining high standards of detail, quality, and efficiency.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and communicate solutions effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal content, creative, and production divisions to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Maintain compliance on all client deliverables while ensuring clear and consistent campaign communications.
  • Deliver engaging campaign collateral and active reporting that highlights partnership value and delights clients.

What you'll bring:


  • Prior project management and campaign implementation experience, ideally within a media or advertising environment.
  • Sound understanding of the media landscape, creative workflows, and brand or content integration.
  • Exposure to multi-screen solutions across TV, digital, social, licensing, or live events.
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • High-level problem-solving capacity coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to quality and detail.
