The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development and achievement.

Disney Advertising is looking for a commercially driven Client Partner to help grow advertising revenue across our premium streaming video portfolio, with a focus on Disney+ and ESPN. In this role, you will own and deliver revenue targets, build trusted senior relationships across the Australian media and agency landscape, and develop insight-led, video-first solutions that connect advertisers with engaged audiences across Disney’s streaming and sports platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver advertising revenue targets across Disney+ and ESPN streaming inventory.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from proactive opportunity identification through to campaign delivery, optimisation and post-analysis.
  • Develop compelling commercial narratives using audience, platform, category and performance insights.
  • Respond to client and agency briefs with video-first, data-backed solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across media agencies, investment teams and direct clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing planning decisions through streaming, video and measurement expertise.
  • Partner with Ad Operations, Product and Client Solutions teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies across priority categories, clients and market-facing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in advertising sales, ideally within premium video, BVOD, streaming or digital media.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a media sales environment.
  • Established relationships with Australian media agencies, particularly video buyers and investment teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the confidence to manage high-value client conversations.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation capability, with the ability to translate insights into compelling commercial opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian media, agency and streaming landscape.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a full sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across sales, operations, product and client solutions teams.
