We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Partner with our awesome team in Sydney.

The Client Partner role is intended to continue your growth and career in a leadership-based role within the media industry. Within this role you will be enabled to further your development with respect to leadership both for our clients, and our team at iProspect.

The scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to using media to solve for our clients’ business challenges, as well as the role of complimentary disciplines across our agency network in achieving the same.

Within this role you will be leading a talented client team on multiple accounts in media and SEO deliverables, and reporting to the Managing Director,

The role:

As a Client Partner your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership and oversight of our relationship with our clients, our media strategy and planning for them, the management and development of your client team and their P&Ls, and the growth of our business as both iProspect and dentsu through internal cross-sell and new business contributions.

Core responsibilities:

  • Delivers innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values working closely with colleagues and clients
  • Manages team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service and ensure retention and growth
  • Immerses self and team in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies; knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knows client’s products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service
  • Understands client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably
  • Improves client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones
  • Manages systems for forecasting accurate spend and track progress
  • Translates agency strategy into innovative, executionable business plans for own client that deliver business value

A bit about you:

  • A desire to immerse yourself in our clients’ industries
  • Strong understanding of the AU media landscape
  • An appetite to learn and grow within our industry and team, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
  • Proven success leading local and global teams, and working in fast paced project management methodologies
  • Digital first background who can talk the talk and walk the walk – we are looking for presence, a love of client relationship building, and the ambition to drive the agency forward
  • Desire to grow your career professionally, and energy to motivate your team – genuine pro-active and collaborative ways of working
  • Strong demonstrated commercial nouse
