Luminary is a full-service digital agency with a team of 85 professionals across Australia and Bali, representing an impressive stable of household brands including the MCG, Melbourne Airport, Woolworths, Beyond Blue, UNICEF and Fred Hollows.
We’re experiencing the strongest demand that we’ve seen in 26 years of trading, and we’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinking Client Partner to support this exciting stage of growth.
We are looking for our next Client Partner in this full-time role based in either Sydney or Melbourne. At Luminary, a Client Partner is responsible for managing key relationships, identifying and unlocking client growth opportunities, the fastidious management of client financials, providing client-centric advice to the Luminary team, and playing an active role in supporting the sales team with new opportunities.
Each account at Luminary is supported by a dedicated producer, a role that encompasses many traditional account service functions. This means you will have space to focus on client success and auditing/reporting of account performance.
This is a highly collaborative client-oriented role with the aim of elevating the quality of our client interactions and their level overall of satisfaction, maintaining the beautiful reputation that Luminary has crafted over the last twenty six years.

Location
The Client Partner role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. We support flexible work and ask that our employees are able to attend their local office at least one day a week. This role will also require some in person interaction with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Actively manage a sustainable volume of agency accounts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client strategic plans
- Manage key client relationships, including senior relationships, acting as a primary point of contact
- Monitor client performance data, quality checks reports, and provide insights to improve report accuracy and/or client outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Ensuring your clients are educated on our full-service offering
- Fastidious auditing of our client investments and value delivered
- Regular analysis and reporting of account/project financials, opportunities and risks
- Provide client-centric advisory to the Luminary team
- Provide occasional support to the sales team with proposals and pitching

- You ideally hold 5+ years experience working in a similar digital role
- Strong business acumen and ability to recognise and deliver new partnership opportunities

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You're known for your impeccable attention to detail
- Your references would say you’re highly driven and motivated by problem solving
- You remain calm under pressure
- You're able to work autonomously and responsibly
- Someone who can demonstrate critical thinking, a curious mind and an ability to present your ideas with rationale.
- You can comfortably act as a champion representative for the agency brand story and values
- You have experience using AI to improve your knowledge of a client and reduce the administrative overhead of supporting an account
