Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.  

We are looking for a Client Project Manager to join our Client Enablement & Product Optimisation Team. 

The Client Project Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through the implementation of Cuscal’s broad suite of solutions.  Our Client Project Managers are charged with project facilitation from contract signing through to go-live and closure of any warranty period and ensuring reporting and all other forms of project communication and general management of the client implementation are completed.   

This is a highly visible role and its responsibilities sit across 3 key areas 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Act as the key point of communication with the client, provide regular reporting on progress and all other forms of project communication and engagement including planning, risk, cross functional issues, scope, escalations, and general coordination.   

  • Demonstrate customer and stakeholder management to a senior level with Clients, Vendors, internal teams. 

  • Coordinate dependencies across teams, and hold regular check-ins to ensure timely delivery  

  • Manage customer expectations for deliverables and support Client Partnership Management and Business Development Managers to do the same. 

  • Hold teams accountable to their commitments, working to remove or escalate any roadblocks to their work  

  • Contributing to pre-project processes such as proposals and business cases 

Delivery Effectiveness  

  • Work with internal and client facing teams to develop implementation plans based on the scope of work agreed, manage stakeholders and expectations  

  • Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation, effectively managing interdependencies, sign-offs and communication to ensure timely delivery of work 

  • Ensure end to end delivery of client work from planning of the implementation through to operational readiness and assessment and coordination of client training if required prior to go-live.  

  • Management and escalation of issues and risks in a timely and appropriate manner 

Process Management and Improvement 

  • Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives, implement knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to improve the client implementation and onboarding experience  

  • Collaborate with the broader Client Enablement and Product Optimisation and other internal teams to drive increasing standardisation of our solutions, the volume of work that can be completed as catalogue items and the supporting artefacts for pre-sales and operational readiness

What can you bring? 

  • 3+ years’ experience performing project management adhering to a recognised methodology – ideally Agile  

  • 3+ years’ experience in ICT and/or business change implementations environment 

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a multi-client service environment 

  • Proven financial experience to track, monitor and communicate progress of project budgets 

  • Proven experience in tracking, monitoring and communicating progress of project schedules using MS-Project and/or Jira
